Where We Ship
We currently ship New Zealand-wide. Shipping to Australia is coming soon!
At this stage, we do not ship internationally beyond New Zealand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be shown at checkout. We do not currently offer free shipping or express shipping options.
Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of placing your order. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping: 2–5 working days

Furniture deliveries: We handle these directly via our delivery team. Because of this, delivery times for furniture may vary based on your location. We'll contact you directly to schedule a delivery date after your order is confirmed.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are provided for all courier-shipped orders via email once dispatched.
Furniture deliveries are coordinated directly with our team, you’ll be kept informed of your delivery date.
Shipping Restrictions
Some bulky or custom furniture pieces may require special delivery arrangements, these are handled by our team.
We do not ship furniture via standard courier services.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available at our Wellsford store. Simply select this option at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive as expected, please contact us immediately at info@drummers.co.nz and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
