Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST.
- Prices may change without notice and do not include delivery costs unless stated otherwise.
- Payments can be made via Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa for a smooth and secure checkout experience
- Credit card payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, and we do not store any card details.
Product Information
- We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings, and minor discrepancies may occur.
- If you receive an item that is not as described, you may return it unused and in original condition for a full refund, credit, or exchange.
Stock Availability
- We work hard to keep stock availability up to date, but in rare cases, an item may be unavailable after purchase.
- If an item is out of stock or delayed beyond the timeframe noted on the product page, we will contact you as soon as possible.
- If you prefer, you may request a full refund for any unavailable item.
Discount Codes
- Some items may not be eligible for discount codes.
Sale Items
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where the item is damaged.
- If a damaged sale item cannot be replaced, you will be offered a full refund or store credit.
Pre-Orders
- Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available.
- If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
- We aim to provide accurate delivery estimates but rely on suppliers, so delays may occur.
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to supplier delays.
Made-to-Order Items
- Made-to-order and custom order items (furniture) are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned once processed unless they arrive damaged.
- If you experience any issues with a made-to-order item, please contact us, and we will assist you accordingly.
