There’s something magical about perfectly grilled lamb, tender, juicy, and full of smoky flavour. Today, we’re sharing our favourite BBQ lamb recipe with crispy potatoes and a fresh green salad. Simple, hearty, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed (using our garlic press)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1kg potatoes, peeled (with our peeler) and chopped (using your trusty Santoku knife)
- Mixed green salad leaves
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your BBQ and lay down a BBQ liner to prevent sticking and ease clean-up.
- Rub lamb chops with crushed garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Let marinate while preparing sides.
- Peel and chop potatoes. Parboil for 10 minutes, then drain using our draining colander.
- Wrap potatoes loosely in aluminium foil and place on BBQ grill. Rotate until crispy.
- Grill lamb on BBQ liner until cooked to your liking (around 3-4 minutes per side).
- Plate everything onto a stylish Franco serving plate.
- Drizzle salad with balsamic glaze and serve alongside lamb and potatoes.
