Delivery Timeframes

• Large Furniture: Approx. 4 weeks for delivery.
• Made-to-Order Furniture: 4–6 weeks production, followed by delivery.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All made-to-order and customised furniture is produced specifically for you in New Zealand and is final sale. These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.

Confirmation of Finishes
After purchase, our team will contact you to confirm stain, fabric, or customisation selections. Please note natural materials, hand-applied finishes, and fabric dye lots may vary slightly between batches.

Delivery Inspection
All items are inspected prior to dispatch. The buyer must check their furniture upon delivery and note any transit damage immediately so we can lodge claims with the carrier. Any manufacturing-related defects will be resolved in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
