This is our favorite....
Dried Fruit Camembert
175g round Camembert (or Brie)
1 1/2 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 1/2 TBSP Butter
1 1/2 TBSP Sherry
1/4 cup Dried Fruits
1/4 cup Nuts
In a small sauce or fry pan melt butter and sugar, add sherry, stirring until sugar is dissolved.  Add nuts and fruit and stir to coat.  Place round of cheese in porcelain baker and top with fruit & nut mixture.  Bake at 175oC for 10-15 minutes or until top is browned and side is soft.  Serve with crackers or crusty French Bread.
