Full payment is required as confirmation of order. Payment is accepted via our secure DPS payment system by Visa or Mastercard. For furniture orders a 50% deposit is required as confirmation of order and a final payment will be required prior to your Furniture leaving our premises. Please advise if you wish to pay by cheque or direct credit on your order and your order will be processed as soon as we have payment confirmation.
Here at Drummers we take great care to provide you with unique products and good old fashioned service which means when you place an order we will be in touch to advise the estimated delivery time frame - Our standard delivery time is 2- 3 working days. We will always advise you of any delays. Delivery fee of $7.99 applies to all orders under $169.00. Delivery is Free for orders over $170.00 We use reliable courier companys such as Courier Post and PBT couriers. Deliverys can be made to Rural Delivery areas but will possibly take a day or two longer. We are sorry we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If an item you order is out of stock we will advise you first before placing it on backorder for you. We will also advise you when it becomes available and it will be despatched ASAP.
